12PM - 2PM | Hotel Check-in* and Training Registration
We recommend arriving in advance of the sessions starting at 2PM to Check-in to the hotel and pick up your badge for training. Feel free to take this time to explore the amazing amenities of the Minerals Resort & Spa and check out the Kites Restaurant for lunch.
* Hotel Check-in is not guaranteed until 4PM, but the hotel will try their best to accommodate our attendees. Hotel accommodation costs are the responsibility of the attendee. If you have not yet put a credit card on file, they will ask for it upon check-in.
2PM - 3PM | Lighting and Audio Fundamentals
3PM - 5:30PM | Lighting Breakout Stations (dress appropriately)
We will be rotating smaller groups through indoor & outdoor stations to cover the following topics. Please refer to your group letter located on your badge for your group assignment. Be sure to dress appropriately for out- door stations.
5:30PM - 6:30PM | Coastal Certified Dealer Training continued...
6:30PM - 8:00PM | Dinner
8:00PM - 9:30PM | Outdoor Lighting Demonstration

7:30AM - 8:30AM | Hot Breakfast Served
Mingle with Coastal Source staff and ambassadors in the CS Marketplace located outside the main training room.
8:30AM - 12PM | Coastal Certified Dealer Training
12PM - 1PM | Lunch & Learn with the Experts
1PM - 2:30PM | Outdoor Audio Fundamental & Advanced Sessions
3:00PM - 4:30PM | Coastal Certified Dealer Training continued...

What is the dress code?
Business casual.
Is there a hotel room block I can book under?
Coastal Source's group rate of $159 (plus rooming rate & taxes) has ended on February 15, 2016. However, you may still make reservations at this price on a first come, first serve basis so be sure to make your arrangements as soon as possible. The Crystal Springs Resort is accepting call-in reservations at 855.977.6473. Just mention Coastal Source.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is not neccessary to provide your printed ticket.
